What is Gift Wrapping?
If you select the Gift Wrapping option, your items will be wrapped in gift paper and ribboned. You may also customize a handwritten greeting card to go with your order!

 
How do I get my item gift wrapped?
After you have added an item into your shopping bag, you will see a message asking whether you need Gift Wrapping for your order.  Simply click on the "Add to my order" button and you can have your items wrapped and can customize a greeting card to go with the gift.
Is Gift Wrapping free?
Currently, we charge a nominal fee of US$ 4.90 per order for Gift Wrapping.
What happens if I order an item that comes with its own individual gift wrap?
If any of the items in your order is already wrapped individually, we will not gift wrap that specific item but other items in your order will still be wrapped.
Can I choose my own greeting card?
We have already prepared a standardized greeting card, specially designed to cater for different occasions.
Will the message be handwritten on the card?
After you have entered the names of the recipient and sender, and selected the greeting message from the drop down menu, we will hand-write it directly on the card to give it a personal touch.
Can I enter my own greeting message?
Sorry, currently we can only process greeting messages on the drop down menu.
Can I choose a specific font for my greeting message?
Sorry, if you choose the Gift Wrapping option, we will hand-write the greeting message for you and we cannot offer different fonts.
I have added Gift Wrapping to my order, but how do I customize the greeting card?

Simply checkout and continue to the Order Review Page, and you will find a section to customize your greeting card.  Please enter the recipient's name and your own, and select one of the messages offered in the drop down menu. 
Please note that we will only hand-write English names.  If you do not customize your greeting card in this section, we will leave the card blank so that you will have the option to fill it out yourself.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Sign in with your email address and password.
2. Browse the site and add the items of your choice to your Shopping Bag. Be sure to select size or other option of your selected item.
3. Go to your Shopping Bag to edit or delete any items. Make sure the number of items indicated in the "Quantity" field of each item is correct. If you change the quantity of any items, remember to click the "Update" button and allow the page to refresh.
4. When you're ready to place your order, click the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button.
5. Sign in again with your email address and password to proceed to the checkout process.
6.  Select one of your Shipping Addresses or create a new Shipping Address by selecting "Create a new profile" from the Address Book dropdown menu and entering your shipping information. Remember to fill in all required fields (marked with "*").
7. Select a Shipping Method and press "Continue."
8. Select a Gift Option and press "Continue."
9. Select a Payment Method and enter payment information (i.e., your credit card information and CVC) if necessary. Remember to fill in all required fields (marked with "*"). Press "Continue" when finished.
10. Review your order to make sure all the information is correct. Click the "Edit" button in the "Shopping Bag" section of checkout to edit the order.
11. Click the "Place Order" button in the "Order Confirmation" section to confirm your purchase.
12. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number. Make note of your order number for future reference.
What does "Availability" mean?
The Availability of an item is an estimate of how long it will take before it is shipped out to a customer. Please note that Availability DOES NOT indicate the amount of time it will take for an item or order to reach the customer. Actual delivery time depends on Shipping Method selected and other factors.

These are the Availability statuses that you will find on our product pages.

Usually ships within 24 hoursThis item is in stock and will be shipped out within 24 hours (1 working day) after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the Shipping Method selected.
Usually ships within 1 - 2 daysThis item is in stock and will be shipped out within 1 - 2 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the Shipping Method selected.
Usually ships within 3 to 5 daysThis item is in stock at a regional warehouse and will be shipped out within 3 - 5 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the Shipping Method selected.
Usually ships within 7 to 14 daysThis item will be sourced from one of our suppliers after you place an order and should arrive in our warehouse and be shipped out within 7 - 14 working days. Actual delivery time depends on the Shipping Method selected.
Usually ships within 21 daysThis item will be sourced from one of our suppliers after you place an order and should arrive in our warehouse and be shipped out within 21 working days. Actual delivery time depends on the Shipping Method selected.
Out of StockThis item is not in stock and is not currently available from our suppliers.
Not availableThis item is not in stock and is no longer available from our suppliers.

If payment verification is made on the order, availability time is measured from the day the order is approved for processing.
When will my order items be available?
Most of our items are in stock and ready for purchase. You can check an item's availability status on its product page.  Please note, however, that availability information is estimated and there is a slight chance restocking may be delayed.  If your order contains both items that are in stock and items that need to be restocked, typically your order will be shipped out all together when the restocked items are available. In the case of Jewelry items, we will provide free split shipment.
What if my order items are not in stock?
We will try our best to restock your order item(s) as soon as possible. If the items are no longer available, we will inform you promptly and remove the item(s) from your order. Unavailable items will not be charged to your account. 
What if I ordered more than one quantity of the same item?
There is a chance that we will have only one piece of physical stock when you order multiple quantities of a single item. In these cases, your order may take 7-14 days longer to arrange sourcing of the additional quantities. If our suppliers are unable to provide more of that item, an email notification will be sent to you regarding cancellation of the additional quantities.
